We are closely monitoring the evolving situation and following the advice of the federal and state governments and health authorities.
We are taking extra precautions in order to help protect our team, customers and the community around us. Some of the initiatives we’ve implemented are as follows:
- We have ensured that all team members, to the extent this is feasible, can work remotely while providing the same high level of service you’ve come to expect from Swivelpole™.
- We are introducing new social distancing requirements for all visitors to our sites and offices, including delivery companies, customers and suppliers to protect your health and that of our team members.
- We have organised more intensive, deep cleansing and sanitising of all surfaces and workspaces within our warehouses, yards and offices. We have installed hand sanitizing stations at all sites for both employees and visitors.
All our offices, manufacturing and distribution facilities remain open for business, with current stock levels and manufacturing capabilities enabling prompt order dispatch. The impact to national and international logistics might however cause some delivery delays. We work with our delivery networks to move items as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
